Better for the environment and your wallet, our convection tray is made from sturdy Stainless Steel, so after using it you can simply wash it up along with the dishes, instead of throwing it away.

Please note stainless steel may warp due to uneven heating. Slight bending of the tray may occur during the cooking process; however, it should relax and return to its original state during cooling. The tray may not return to original flatness, but this should not affect the performance of the tray.
